Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the primary objective of this critical role is to provide administrative support within the Alice Springs Airport team to ensure all assets and property records are accurate and the quality of service provided to customers of the airport, which has an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Also you will manage the day-to-day administration of the airport car parking facilities and ground transport activities.

Your exceptional customer service, organisational and administration skills will be called upon in this dynamic environment. Your duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Lease administration including responding to queries from leaseholders and coordinating contractors;
  • Coordinate financial transactions and reconciliations;
  • Ensure all WHS and Environmental obligations are met and hazards are identified and risks managed.
  • Maintain an effective filing system both paper based and within SharePoint and CRM Database to ensure complete full and accurate records.
  • Process invoices and monitor costs.
  • Day to day management of the Advertising portfolio including marketing and sales.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports
  • Provide customer services to all stakeholder.
