A new arrival for Alice Springs Airport

Alice Springs Airport is excited to announce a new café Steve's Kitchen and Barista Bar is now open and ready for business. The café is conveniently located in the arrivals area near the hire car desk and baggage carousel.

Whether you're dropping off family members or picking up visitors, Steve's Kitchen and Barista Bar adds another great spot for a barista made coffee and a bite to eat when next visiting theAirport.

Steve's Barista Bar is a well-known and respected family run operation, having been part of thelocal food scene since 2008. Their business has grown from a curry stall at the Todd MallMarket, to a professional food van; servicing the Sunday morning markets, Night Markets andguests at special events.

"It was our preferred choice to support a local business when we decided to develop the newcafe' area. With many Alice Springs locals and visitors alike having tried a great coffee, atoasted delicacy or a Belgium waffle from Steve's well-known food van, their family operationseemed a good choice" said Dave Batic, General Manager Alice Springs Airport.

"Our business dream to open a full scale café has become a reality through our partnershipwith the team at Alice Springs Airport. They offered us a great opportunity to join the alreadybusy airport precinct and their assistance in helping us turn our business dream into a realityhas been second to none" said Steve Boyle.

Steve' Kitchen and Barista Bar will be open from 8.00am, seven days per week and promises tobring great coffee and great food to the Airport precinct.
